Here at Cassie Antees Neuropsychological Services, we see children and young adults for neuropsychological assessment for a range of reasons, including but not limited to the following:

• Diagnostic clarification for ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders (in reading, spelling, writing &/or numeracy), intellectual disability etc

• Identification of cognitive strengths and weaknesses to guide supports to function at their best.

• Giftedness & twice exceptional

• Assistance with qualifying for government funding and support (e.g. for NDIS applications and reviews)

• Assessment of cognition within the context of:

  • Acquired or traumatic brain injury

  • Medical condition (e.g. epilepsy)

  • Neurological condition (e.g. stroke)

  • Developmental disorder (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorder) 

  • Complex trauma (e.g. neglect, abuse)

  • Emotional difficulties (e.g. depression, anxiety) ​
